coconut flour recommendations?

Which coconut flour gives the best results? I have only tried Aloha Nu, which was highly recommended for its pure, clean taste (almost no coconut smell or taste) and its fine grind. Unfortunately, it seems that they no longer make it.

So what have you tried that gives you good results and doesn't impart a coconut flavor to your baked goods?

I use the coconut flour from Honeyville. I like it better than the Aloha Nu I used previously. When I opened the bag, my heart sank. I could smell coconut. But I have used it in countless recipes and I can't taste any coconut. More importantly, DH likes everything made with it, and he does not like coconut. It is a little lower calorie and higher carb, so I usually cut it with oat fiber.

What a good idea, Soubee! Must remember to do that, too!

I just opened my new bag of the Honeyville this week. I like how silky it measures out. Nothing like what I was using before, that was prone to clumping in the bag. Haven't loaded the new nutritional stats to my tracker load for coconut flour. Must do that right now. I love the results with it so far, too.

thanks, y'all! I will definitely put Honeyville's coconut flour on the list for when I order from them.
