Chicken Noodles!

Rachael Ray Show - Videos - Rocco DiSpirito's Pasta al Pomodoro

Seems easy..
3/4 cup ice,
6 oz almost frozen chicken breast
2 tbs egg white powder
pinch salt

puree in blender til a thick puree...pour into squeeze ketchup type bottle and squeeze into simmering water in a stream going around and around in the pot. cook for 30 seconds and remove. Sauce with your choice of sauces!

I did make them and they have a light noodle texture with a subtle chicken taste...they would taste good in An Alfredo sauce or in chicken soup etc...I'm not sure how I would like them with marinara but probably would have a chicken parm taste...the texture of the batter is key so watch the video and pay close attention to how the batter holds shape and doesn't run when Rocco squirts it into sink.

Interesting! I wouldn't mind the chicken taste if I were having them with chicken Parmesan or chicken soup, or any dish with chicken. I wonder if we could use beef instead of chicken if using for a beef dish, like spaghetti and meatballs.

I don't see why not Gina. I am making it this week. Sick today.I also think it would be great in alfredo or chicken soup. Chicken is also good in Cacciatore. YUM.
