Mine all ran together when I put them in the oven! :dunno:
I made sure I whipped the whites until peaks, and mixed the other stuff - any other suggestions???

Were you really gentle when you combined the whites with the yolk mixture? I find I still have some streaks of white and yellow when the whites start to drop so I stop folding the mixture then. I fold just enough to bring the two mixtures together enough to hold shape.

This. Also - I used to think I got to peaks but now I take them a few extra seconds and they really turn into peaks.

If it's too thin and watery just spread it out and make flatbread/pizza crust

You really want to be gentle. Fold them in and keeping them fluffy with peaks.
