Anyone make artichokes in their crockpot?

I'm trying it now but have read reviews online and it just makes sense! I cannot believe I've never tried it. How about you?

I've never tried the crockpot but I've done them in the pressure cooker.

Looking forward to your method and review!

Im looking forward to your results as well! I love artichokes and would love to be able to just toss them in the crockpot.

They turned out awesome! you just trim them like normal, put them in the crock, two inches of water added, high 3 hours OR low 4 hours. I did 4 of them and omg, fabulous! Will make them this way from now on. My plan is to cut them in half and grill them tomorrow but I had one of them just steamed and wow, so easy, delicious and no endless steaming on the stove like usual. love this way.

Well I'm for sure gonna try it! I always cook mine in chicken stock, so will do that instead of plain water, but otherwise this sounds like a real winner. THANKS!
