Pineapple bread casserole

I wanted to make this for the family but didn't have any bread. So I made Jen eloffs microwave cinnamon bread and toasted 5 slices and used it. So I then made it as lowcarb as I could using Splenda and swerve for the sweetener. I hope it tastes as good as it looks. http://

4 eggs
I cup sugar equivalent. I used 1/4 cup swerve and 1/2 cup Splenda liquid
I can 20 ounce crushed pineapple
I/2 cup butter.
5 slices Jens microwave cinnamon bread or any lowcarb bread. I toasted the lowcarb bread a little bit before adding. Not really sure you need to though

Soften butter and cream with the sugar and eggs. Add crushed pineapple and
Whatever bread you are using and put in a greased casserole dish and bake about 50 minutes at 350.
