Anyone use Fiber Gourmet for non Low Carbing Family?

Way too many carbs for me but I am thinking of getting this so my son can use this. He eats lower carb but nowhere as low as I do. He still eats brown rice and whole wheat bread and I've been buying Dreamfields but thinking that this may be a better option for him.
Any reviews as far as taste?

Its a high fiber whole wheat pasta that is supposed to taste like regular pasta

Gee, I never heard of it. Much lower in carbs than regular pasta. Hmmm. Wonder if it is grainy like most other low-carb pastas I tried before Dreamfields came on the scene? I couldn't stomach those in texture. I tried them several times years ago and just decided to do without rather than eat the grainy ones.

I was never a big pasta lover so I can do without it. I used to use dreamfields occasionally but the questionable science behind it has made me not use it the way I used to. Even though I still was able to lose weight whenever I ate it. But again, I'm not a big pasta lover so it wasn't something I had on a regular basis. My son on the other hand, eats pasta quite a bit so I think he may be better off eating this than Dreamfields. At least this has actual fiber to reduce some of the carbs. He's 21 and works out quite a bit and does not need to lose any weight so he eats considerably more carbs than I do.
