Oopsie Roll Pizza!
 
I'm sure there is a thread about this, probably more than one ;) but I made them for dinner and Oh My Goodness!!! So delicious!! I made the Oopsie Roll "dough" then added so parmesan cheese, garlic powder, italian seasoning, and oregano. Then made two big rolls instead of the normal six. Baked it, then added tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and ground turkey. Put it back in the oven, and bake for a about 5 minutes (or until cheese was melted). Then WOW!!! So amazing!:faint: One thing that made it really good (I think) is that when I separated the eggs, one of the yolks dropped in the whites bowl and I got most of it out, but some was still there so they didn't make stiff peaks when I mixed it. This made the "dough" (not sure what else to call it) more runny and resulted in a crispier crust. Anyway, I just wanted to share because it was so delicious!!!:up:

Sounds yummy!! I love oopsie rolls! I also love making pizzas out of portabello mushroom caps (scrape out the inside and grill it in some oil prior to making the pizza then top and bake). Will have to try oopsie crust now too!
