Paleo bread questions?
Hi There, I'm new! I am grain free and sugar free and follow an SCD friendly way of eating. I do use stevia. Recently, I started trying to follow Trim Healthy Mama way of eating which is similar to the Dukan diet. Up till now I've made baked goods out of almond and coconut flours as I have celiac and have problems tolerating even flax and chia. Is there a way to make almond flour and coconut flour baked goods less caloric? It is best to combine these baked goods with other high fat high protein foods. Just wondering if there is a way to food combine or tweak recipes so that I can maybe eat a muffin a day without gaining weight? I'd love your ideas!
