Re-cook eggs??
Can I re-cook hard boiled eggs? I had to leave the house in a hurry and turned off the eggs before it was time. I thought they were close enough, but the whites are still raw around the yolk and the yolks are still too soft. I can't eat raw whites.

I don't know if you can reboil them, but you could make them into scotch eggs (wrap bulk sausage around them and bake at 350 till the sausage is done), or cut them up & use them in a casserole calling for hard boiled eggs, if nothing else.

...As long as you don't try to microwave them. I did. I should not have done that.

Yes, you can stick them back in some hot water and continue to cook them, they will be fine as long as you don't overcook them in which case they will become rubbery tasting.
