I started out trying to make tortillas. Not tortillas but still good with a couple over easy egggs.
1 C Bob's Red mill baking mix
1/2 two baking powder
Pinch of salt
3 Tbls coconut oil
1/2 C hot water
Mix all dry ING. Add coconut oil I used me hand but a pastry cutter would work. Add water a little at a time and knead till smooth. Divide in to 14 little balls then flaten. Put a little oil in saute pan. Brown till golden. Makes 14 little discs of nutty, crunchy bready goodness.

Sounds really good, but I'm avoiding all wheat now and it is present in both bake mixes.
