No-egg

Hi.

This might be a silly question, but can no-egg be used in LC recipes as well? As long as it calls for whole eggs I mean.

The packet I have looks like this

Thanks!

Alonewithyou, I'm not familiar with the product, but if it says it can replace eggs in recipes, then I don't know why not. But that is really just a guess. Wish I could be of more help.
But again, I'm guessing yes!

Okay Price for eggs here is 6 dollars for 12 eggs. So I thought why not use my dried ones.

Really sorry to hear

that eggs are so dear where you live? Here they start at about
$1.79 a dozen and go up if they are organic or cage free.

I would try your product in a simple recipe and see how well
it works. Replacement means just that.

Alone, I couldn't see the picture well enough to tell that it was dried eggs. Is it(are they) real eggs (dried) or an egg substitute.

I will say that I have used dried eggs in recipes, and they worked well for me. Here tho (or at least in the past) it is right the opposite. Dried eggs are more costly, but I usually keep some on hand, and have used them. I have found that the dried egg whites do really well!

OK, I still cant' see the picture well enough to read it, but I do see that it says no eggs, egg replacer.
I would do as Barbo says, and try it is a simple recipe, and see how it works. If need be, cut the recipe down in size to say 1 serving first. But I bet it will work.

Thanks, ladies. I live in Norway. I don't know why they are so expensive, but everything is expensive compared to the US prices. I use a lot of eggs on induction. Oopsies and all.

I'm not sure this powder will work in my egg+cream cheese pancakes. I could try though. They are so yummy.
