HELP!!!!! Recipe conversions

I want to make Vanessa's Double Mocha Cupcakes tonight.....but my problem is how to sub Swerve for the sweeteners called for in recipe. The recipe calls for 1/4 c Erythritol Granules and 1/8 tsp Stevia Extract Powder in the cupcake batter, and 7 Tbsp Erythritol Granules and 10 drops Liquid Vanilla Stevia in the frosting. Help please.....having a chocolate attack

I always just do a direct sub. So, it if calls for 1/4 cup erythritol and stevia combo, I just sub 1/4 cup swerve. Let us know how you like her cupcakes!

Someone else asked this question on her fb post and she said that its about 1/2 cup of sweetening power for the cake, more or less depending on your preference.

I made these finally last night...they came out wonderful. Only used Swerve as the sweetener for the cupcakes and frosting. I could not get my frosting to get light and fluffy like she said, but the taste was awesome just the same. This will be a keeper recipe.
