In Search of: Creamy Fish Chowder

We have so many nice filets of fish in the freezer.DH caught them
within the past 3-4 weeks. If anyone has a TNT recipe I would
appreciate your sharing. I love the white chowder.

I posted something last night and my computer froze..

Basically, I would melt butter and chop part of an onion and cook it in the butter.
You can also fry a couple of pieces of bacon and use that fat, too..

Do this in a saucepan..Then add 2 cups of chicken broth..If you want a potatoey feeling, you could add small pieces of cauliflower or one sliced carrot is nice, too.
Cook until veggies are soft..

Then add your "milk"..You are going to use 2 cups of a milk/cream combo. You could
start with one cup of LC milk, then add your fish and simmer until the fish is done.
To make it nice and creamy, add 1 cup of heavy cream or half and half or a combo and
heat until warm/hot..Don't boil the cream. Fresh parsley is always nice to add before you add the cream part. Salt and pepper to taste, of course.

Thank you Carolyn

I think your method is just fine.
I was thinking a little celery/parsley, but do you think
the celery will be overpowering?
