Can I put this in the crock pot??

SALISBURY STEAK - Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes

The kids have basketball practice tonight. I was thinking about making this up and cooking it all the way and then putting the patties and gravy in my crockpot and letting it simmer until we are all ready to eat.

Would the gravy/heavy cream be okay in there though?

I don't know. I think it would be all right. You could always cook it without the cream, and then stir is as much as you want just before serving.
