do you think if I left the coco powder out would it be like a blondie? or would I need to sub something for the coco powder like coconut flour? oat fiber? as you see I am no cook, but thanks

I think you can leave out the cocoa powder out and see how it goes. To me you would get a blondie. Add some nuts if you can eat them.

let us know . I don't think you need to replace it. coconut flour would make it dry.
I'm thinking out loud here. LOL Do 1/2 the recipe and leave it out. I really think it come out. I should try this.

Brendajm -- I emailed Carolyn, who writes the All Day I Dream About Food blog, regarding what kind of stevia she used in another recipe. She replied that she uses liquid only, Sweetleaf brand. I would imagine that's what she used in this recipe also. Sounds like another good one from her.
