Start Date: 10-2-12 (LC) 11-18-12 (JUDDD)
These lasted maybe 5 days between me and DH, they were pretty addicting:

1/2 C coconut oil
1/2 C salted butter
1/2 C chunky almond butter
1 1/2 C finely shredded coconut
3 T cocoa
6 T DaVinci French Vanilla syrup
Kosher salt to taste (optional, and just enough to enhance the flavors of cocoa and almond)

I ended up with 22 bombs: Cal: 155.8, Fat: 16.4, Protein: 1.4, Net Carbs: 1.6 each.

Next time, I'll try to get at least 24 or more servings.

Can someone please help. I need a recipe for a single serving fat bomb. I need to be able to make one before my morning workouts. It doesn't matter what the ingredients are I just need something with exact proportions so I can follow it, thanks so much.

Well, here would be my guesstimate for Rayne's recipe:

1 1/2 tsp. coconut oil
1 1/2 tsp. salted butter
1 1/2 tsp. almond butter
1 1/4 tsp. unsweetened coconut
3/4+ tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1+ tsp. DaVinci syrup (or other sweetener to taste)
Salt to taste
