Ordered my SPIRELLI for Zoodles...now what?

All the talk about Zoodles all the time made me go to Amazon and order a Spirelli to make them with. Can you tell me this: after they are made into Zoodles, do you boil them or what? No clue here!

I saute them in olive oil. Sometimes I include garlic and onions, depends how ambitious I feel.

You can just nuke them for a couple minutes, they cook VERY fast.

Hmph. My last post got taken down I guess but I recommend a recipe from TheClothesMake the Girl- a paleo food website, called "Comfort Noodles". They are so delicious. You feel like you are eating some kind of slurpy garlicky, yummy pasta dish.
