I'm using a bottle of Victoria Gourmet brand that I stumbled upon half-price at my local Marshalls. When it's all used up, I plan to try making my own to eliminate the salt and wee bit of sugar theirs has.

Just want to say once again how much we like the flax/almond/Montreal cracker.

They are still on the counter in a container and still crispy/crunchy.....

We did cream cheese with a dab of smoked salmon. Very good. Will be my
go to cracker.

I am going to do a batch tonight or tomorrow and will try the Montreal mixture in half the batch. I find them very filling, too. I'm thinking about adding some chia seeds or a bit of quinoa to some also to see what that does.

I think I'll make another batch and maybe sprinkle it on top.

Barb, I tried the Montreal Steak (1 tsp.) with the 2 tsp. black pepper also called for int he recipe. OMG was THAT batch ever good. Thanks for the suggestion!

Tilly, I'm trying my 8-Seed Crust Blend on my batch tomorrow. I just LOVE these crackers!

They were very good with the 8-seed blend, Peggy! Think I'll make some more this weekend! (You can see I used the past tense, )

Yes, I'm finding this recipe disappears faster than all my previous crackers, too, Tilly. This may end up being a problem food for me and I may have to stop making these for a time.
