Fat Bombs are Da Bomb! :)

I can't believe I waited this long to make these! They are heavenly!

I used the Abi-Fae fat bomb recipe and wow. With the types of food I'm able to eat, I already didn't think I was on a diet - now I definitely won't. This doesn't make you feel like you're giving up anything at all.

YUM!

Here it is:

8 oz of chocolate almond butter
stick of butter
8 oz of coconut butter

I microwaved this all together and added Craisins (trying to use up what I had left in the bag, so not much) sugar free chocolate chips and pecans. Oooooh, how yummy!!

Next time I will use SF chocolate chips, coconut shreds and pecan chips as the add ins. I love that combo!!!!

The Fat Bomb is amazing to me! I almost have to pinch myself because it so good I'd swear I was cheating on my WOE!
After losing 4 lbs in one week (the 4 lbs that I had been yo-yoing with for almost 2 weeks!!!!), solving some intestinal issues & actually having a little bit more energy, I AM SOLD! It has become a staple of my plan. An incredibly delicious staple!!!

Have you tried the lemon fat bomb? So lemony and yummy.

Lemon Fat Bomb

1 ounce cream cheese, room temp.
2 tablespoons butter, room temp.
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon sour cream
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon lemon extract
sweetener to taste

Stir together the cream cheese and butter. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until smooth. Refrigerate until it stiffens up. If you are the impatient type, freeze for 20 minutes before eating.

Fat = 63.13 g
Protein = 2.84 g
Total Carbs = 1.58 g

Looks like a huge amount of calories, but I'm definitely making this, maybe separate into 2 paper liners for two servings. Thanks for another fat bomb idea! I still love my chocolate peanut butter cups.

I am absolutely SOLD on them now... just made my first batch last night. I loved it so much that it felt like a treat. I am all about increasing my C.O. intake so I'm sure it will help in the weight loss department, too. Thanks for sharing all your recipes! I want to try them all.

Here's another recipe:

1 1/2c Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
100g of Dark Chocolate (Melted)
1c Coconut Oil (Melted)
1/2c Almond Butter
6tbs SFVanilla Syrup

Mix it all up and you have some delicious fat bombs!

From what I've been reading, I don't know that there is such a thing as a "plain, regular fat bomb".

The ones I made today (first time trying it) are 8 oz almond butter, 8 oz coconut oil, 10 TBS (1 stick + 2 TBS) butter, melted and stirred together. One small 72% chocolate bar chopped and added in (melted in - that wasn't the plan, just how it worked out).

Made 36 bombs, poured into silicon trays and frozen. Next time, I'm adding some almond or vanilla DaVinci's, and maybe some unsweetened coconut.

K, gals, just made 1/3 of a recipe:
1/3 tub cream cheese
1/3 stick Challenge butter
1/3 cup (approx) PB

Room temp then used a mixer. They're in paper cupcake cups in the freezer as I type this.

Oh my, Lemon! These look so good. I use a silicone mini-muffin pan and when I make them with CO, peanut butter, cocoa powder and liquid sweetener (EZ-Sweetz/Stevia combo), 1 tablespoon fits perfectly in each indentation.

Definitely Must try these lemon ones! Wow.

I'm obsessed with the simple PB ones. I swear, I have one about 1/2 before I start work and the mental clarity skyrockets. It's probably the coconut oil. I have a hard time getting my daily oil in so this is a nice way to do it.

Since I started eating the fat bombs a few days ago, I had a whammy of 2 lbs lost during that time... there is truly something to them! Since I'm not eating dairy at this time, it helps me get my fat intake up a bit.

And in case anyone's interested, I just used virgin CO, natural PB, and two squares of 100% dark chocolate.

Love seeing all the variations and glad to see everyone is having great success adding extra fat in to their WOE.

I am making Blondie Fat Bombs today since I am ::: gasp ::: out of chocolate.

• Butter
• Virgin coconut oil
• Natural Peanut Butter
Liquid Stevia
