Yogurt and jello

Just remembered and made an old LC standby I had forgotten. I take a package of orange SF jello, add one cup boiling water and instead of cold water, I add a carton of vanilla CarbMaster yogurt. It doesn't separate, but tastes alot like a creamsicle. It only adds 60 calories and 4 carbs to the recipe.
You can also match peach yogurt with peach jello, raspberry with raspberry and so on.
I have no temptation to over eat during the week, but weekends are more of a challenge. This lets me feel like I'm treating myself without the bad consequences.
