I have a local brand here that makes 30% sour cream, in addition to the regular 14% and the lower fats...

I'm looking at this recipe now, b/c I'm trying out keto, and I'm thinking this would be a great snack with pork rinds!

That sounds so good that it would be difficult for me to control portion size. I think I'll make it and eat it with celery for an entire meal.
