Vanilla Spice Chia Pudding
-3/4 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
-1/4 Cup Sugar Free Vanilla Creamer
-3 Packets Splenda (or sweetness to taste)
-1 Tsp. Cinnamon
-1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
-3 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

Combine Almond Milk, Creamer, Splenda, Cinnamon, & Pumpkin Pie Spice in a small blender (I use a magic bullet) until well combined. Place into a bowl or a large cup with a lid. Stir in 3 Tbsp. of Chia seed, stirring periodically to make sure they are completely coated. Refigerate overnight. Enjoy
This pudding recipe sounds good too. Thank you for posting it here.

Thanks for the help with the grinding.

I love the pictures with the chocolate pudding.
Apparently that was a dream.

I'm going to be brave and try the tapioca pudding .

I hate grinding them too so I buy the ground salba to use in some recipes. It's a little pricey but lasts me quite a while.

I just made the vanilla spice pudding, but didn't have creamer, so I used instant full cream milk powder. I think 1/4 cup of the milk powder is about 8-9 carbs, so I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if the sugar free creamer is less.

What I made is still in liquid form, but it sure does taste good.

Never mind. I just came from the grocery and the carbs/calories seem to be about the same. Makes sense since the creamer is probably just some form of the powdered milk.

The pudding is getting thick and tastes really great.

The only reason I used my liquid sf vanilla creamer was because I ran out of almond milk and didnt have vanilla extract on hand, you could sub for the powder, or for HWC if you needed too
