Miracle Rice Pudding (for Sistertzu).

Basic Recipe:

2 packages miracle rice, rinsed & drained
4 cups Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk
2tbsp glucomannan powder
SF Vanilla DaVincis to taste

Get 4 bowls/containers, because this makes 4 very large servings. Put 1/2 of each bag of miracle rice in each bowl, plus 1 cup almond milk and DaVincis (I would start with 2tbsp per bowl). Get a whisk or fork and start stirring the mixture and slowly add in 1/2 tbsp of the glucc powder, don't stop stirring. After you have stirred in 1/2 tbsp of powder, refrigerate and it will set up more. Do this for each bowl.

This is a base recipe and you can add anything you like, cinnamon, nutmeg, flavored DaVincis, even kool aid. I'm going to make a lemon version as soon as I find my glucc powder

Ms. Woods--I also make a yummy version where I mix together 1 Tbs oatbran, 1 tsp glu powder, 1 Tbs protein powder, cinnamon to taste. Mix with one drained miracle rice and then add almond milk to your taste. Nuke a minute or two. It will thicken like crazy and you may need to add some hot water or more almond milk. It is a grainier texture with the oatbran but I like it a lot!

Thanks Ms.Woods. I made this with chocolate SF O'Monin and it was good. Think I need to add a touch more sweetener - probably ez-sweet the next time. I made small survings so that I don't really over eat the fiber.
