Tried Cream Cheese Clouds... omg, am I going to gain? lol

Uh, I am speechless! These things are AMAZING!

I mixed:
8 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 stick unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cups granulated Splenda

You are supposed to spoon globs on wax paper and freeze them for an hour. Let's just say... they didn't make it to the freezer. It tastes like rich, creamy cheesecake!

If I hypothetically finish off this entire batch tonight (ahem), will I gain tomorrow? These are trouble! But MAN, I'm enjoying it!

When I first started low carbing I ate an entire batch......several times. I kinda got over it but I still like them a lot. My most recent batch, I added 1/2 a package of unsweetened orange flavored kool-aide. O! M! G! They are wonderful. Next time I'm gonna try the lime kool-aide. Key Lime Pie?!?!

I have been eating (drinking in a strawberry shake) a cup of HWC everyday for over 2 weeks and actually lost 2 pounds and reached goal. It seems to have stuck so I'm gonna keep doing it as long as I want. Ahhh, the joys of low carb.

I was so worried! I ate these yesterday and the day before. Not a whole batch, but prolly 6 each day. I have lost 2 pounds.

maybe the high fat? Idk but I'm not complaining one bit. (I also had them for breakfast rather than my regular breakfast x 3 and then for a snack. The high fat filled me up) Anyways, I can't wait to try it with kool aid or what about a lil SF jello?

Maybe I'm the only one who didn't really care for these? I think it's all the butter that makes the texture icky to me. They seemed hard and greasy. Ewww.

I love those things. My favorite is strawberry and sometimes I throw in some chopped up chocolate (I make my own sweetened with stevia/erythritol). Lemon is good too and LindaSue has a recipe for mint w/chocolate chips that I'd like to try.

I bought a silicone macaroon pan that has 30 holes about the size of a vanilla wafer. I spoon my cream cheese cloud mixture into it so I know I get 30 servings out of batch and then I only eat 2-3 at a time. They're like Lays chips, you can't each just one.

I just tweaked the cream cheese cloud recipe tonight as I was craving peanut butter. Keep in mind that even when I make the original recipe by Linda Sue I only use a half stick of butter because it is too greasy to me if I use the whole stick and I can't stand that.

Recipe name Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Clouds

Number of servings
Serves 6 people
Ingredients
Cream Cheese - Philadelphia,Original, 8 ounce
Butter - Unsalted, 0.25 stick
Smuckers - Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, 2 Tbsp

Great Value - No Calorie Sweetner, 10 packet

Cals Carbs Fat Prot Salt Sugar

Total: 1203 24 102 23 998 19
Per Serving: 201 4 17 4 166 3

Lays chips! - how would you know what they're like to compare these to?

Sorry Pam, I couldn't resist.

I make a butterless cooked version of these - equal amounts of cream cheese and ricotta. Whisk in an egg and some vanilla and maybe a few drops of stevia, and a pinch of salt. Sometimes I add some cocoa powder. Bake 20 mins in a mod oven
