TBipp, I didn't know that about you and this recipe. It is really great that you enjoy your version of it so much. I can't remember when last I made this. I'm always having to make new recipes, so I forget to make the older things and my husband sometimes complains about that.

I would think Mozzarellla would great - maybe even nicer? I haven't tried it.

I really miss Wal-Mart!!

Tilly, it sure is filling - keeps one going for hours; cuts down on snacking.

No, not a typo - just lazy to remove it - that's how it appears in a cookbook - referencing a page.

Jennifer, I just made one of your English Muffins and made an egg and cheese mcmuffin, which me and my non low carbing daughter split. First off, we both loved it, then my daughter surprised me by saying she wanted to start eating low carb like me!! Wow!! Haha

I just wanted to add that I used mozzarella because that's what I had.

Off topic..My daughter just told me she made a tuna sandwich using the almond butter bread and she wasn't hungry all day. She didn't eat again until around 3 or 4!! I told her that's because carbs make you crave more and don't stave off hunger.

Next we are going to try using it as french toast!! Yum!!

Oh yummy, that looks so good! Gina, what a breakthrough with your daughter. She will never look back and always keep her slim figure and stay healthy. Awesome news! It's true low-carb foods also have more fat which satiates for a long time as well as is more stabilizing on the blood sugar. When blood sugar dips, we get hungry.
