Thank you Jennifer. This is my fave go-to bread recipe. I only use 8oz Neufchatel because that is all I had the first time I made it...works well for me. I also add 2T three cheese blend (from the can) and 3/4t Italian seasoning. I omit the vanilla extract. I bake in a 10x15" sheet lined with nonstick foil. By the way the recipe, as I make it, fills my 7cup food processor.

Update. I did use the vanilla extract this time. I used 6 Italian Cheeses instead of mozzarella. Upped the Italian seasoning to 1t. Once again the bread turned out great.

Ah, yes, Ladeeda, I have not made this bread in a long time. Good to hear you enjoy it and your tweaks sound lovely.

I always have to create something new. I have a new Cinnamon Raisin bread that I bake in the oven. It's very addictive for me and I love it toasted as well. I can handle 2 to 3 tbsp snipped in half and spread through 16 slices of bread; very tasty! I'll be posting the new bread one of these days.

Mrs. Eloff, I'm getting ready to make your famous bake mix, but I am confused about the first ingredient. Is it 1+ 2/3 cup of Almond flour or a 2/3 cup of Almond Flour. Sorry for silly question, I don't want to mess it up and soooo looking forward to make a loaf of this so well liked bread. Thank you.

Thank you so much for answering Tweaker G., I went and bought a measuring cup that has mil. and mg. etc. I guess I need to buy me a food scale as well. I am curious about this bread and will use some of it to make it in to low carb bread crumbs. My other question is could it be baked in a regular loaf pan? If anyone has done this way please answer. Thank you all in advance
