Search the recipe thread for a thread called thank you for the omm recipe. There are tons of ideas. I cant post the link here for you because im posting from my phone. I will go there and bump though.

I have made pumpkin, chocolate, peanut butter, pb chocolate, cream cheese filled. They are all good. Also made a savory one with onion and garlic and cooked in a round bowl. Cut in half and used it for a tuna sandwhich.

I call mine a MIM (muffin in a minute). This is the recipe I use.

1/4 cup ground golden flax (I grind fresh in a coffee mill)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
couple drops liquid sucralose or liquid stevia
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 large egg
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Mix everything very well in a cereal dish. I like to let it sit for a couple of minutes it makes it extra fluffy then cook on high in a microwave for 1 minute. Slather with butter and enjoy.

That's my recipe except I use the packet of Splenda. It's the Atkins MIM recipe. I also add sugar-free vanilla syrup. The MIM I made this morning was one of the best I've ever had. Of course, the frozen coffee smoothie I ate with it probably helped.

I didn't know it was a Atkins recipe. Thanks for the heads up.

I use 1/2 almond meal and 1/2 flax meal instead of all flax meal.
