Bumping this cos it is.so good. Used 85% chocolate and coconut milk.instead of coffee, added a tbsp butter sweetened it with 2 tsps real sugar but made it a 4 portion serving as it is so rich. Came in at.300cals and it was perfect and only just took me over my carb limit today. Perfect TOM dessert.x

tried this today and it was so easy and delicious!

i softened 81% choc in the micro first. mixed with the eggs using my stick blender, added coffee. i had to add some splenda though. ate it with a dollop of fresh whipped cream. OMG!

it is super rich. i made a half batch so next week will try different flavors.

I made this again today. I used a 3.5 ounce Lindt 85% cacao bar, a 3.5 ounce DeLite SF dark chocolate bar, and for the liquid I used 2 ounces of half & half and 2 ounces of DaVinci SF simple syrup, plus a tablespoon of SF honey. And the eggs/vanilla/sea salt called for in the orginal.

This stuff is so dang good. I've made it maybe 6 times by now, it makes 6 servings easily as it's rich, it's simple as can be and I can't say enough good about it!
