Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes OR you can buy the low sugar Heinz Ketchup which lots of us find very good and low in carbs.

I have been buying the Heinz which I like. Just thought since I'm making other dressings I'd try my hand at ketchup. I 'll check out Linda Sue's, thanks.

The recipe that I use now is the Even Better Heinz Ketchup. Simmering it for a little while on the stove really improves the consistency. I've also been tweaking that version by doubling the spices as I mention in the comments below the recipe.

The ketchup came out great ! I used stevia instead of splenda, simmered it for half hour and when it was cool, added a good squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkle of Penzeys BBQ 3000.Tasted it this morning and I love it. Thanks so much for the help.
