Put peanut butter in between 2 of these cheese crackers and they taste just like the cheese and peanut butter crackers from the vending machine!!

Had this for lunch today!!

At first I thought it was the Havarti, but I figured it out today. It's the Swiss. I have been making 5-7 crackers at a time by just putting the cheese on parchment and microwaving for 1 min + 10 seconds. Today I used up the rest of the Swiss.

Can cheese chips be stored? How?

I've been reading all the recipes and love making the crisps/chips, but wondered if anyone had any experience with storing them - how and how long will they last / stay crispy?
