Hey Ms. Tilly of Va

Get up and make it...it's so easy.

BTW. I think the recipe needs to state that the eggs should
be room temp. If yours are cold, just put them in the shell in
a cup of hot water. Very fast they will be room temp.

Made this last week. It was so good and so easy. The leftovers were also fab.

I used half and half, but maybe I'll try almond milk next time.

I haven't tried this recipe yet...but for a variation...

A local breakfast place makes German pancakes, and my favorite thing there is their Garden Dutch Baby. Its the baked German Pancake (use less splenda) topped with finely chopped veggies (broccoli, peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes) and sprinkled with grated gouda cheese. Ive never made this myself, but I think you would want to cook the pancake first at least partially...and then put the toppings on and return to the oven.
