Pizza Crust

I don't know where I found this recipe, but YUM!!

Quote:
pizza crust

1 8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
minced garlic

beat all above together spray a 9x9 baking dish with Pam put in oven for 25 to 30 min @ 350 or until golden brown remove let sit for about a 1 minute then put any topping you like on it and put back into oven under the broiler until your cheese melts
I baked it in a 10" cake pan and added some onion powder. I topped it with cheese and pepperoni. It was delicious!

I think I'm going to make some alfredo sauce and put that on it with some shredded chicken, some broccoli florets and some mozzarella cheese. Wouldn't that be deeee-licious?

Mmmm, sounds good, Lisa - thanks for posting this one, don't think I've tried it yet!

I do love NancyElle's Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust too - easy and really tasty.

I like your idea of the white pizza too. I'll have to try that. Thanks for posting!

I haven't made the white pizza yet, but I made a chalupa of sorts.

I made the crust "dough", but left out the garlic, added onion powder and some taco seasoning. Then I topped it with taco seasoned ground beef and cheese, melted the cheese, then added taco toppings (lettuce, tomato, sour cream).

YUM!

I'm going to try a stuffed pizza, too. I don't know how that'll work, but I'm gonna try.

This "crust" is my new favorite toy.

The white pizza was yummalicious! I've also made it into croutons for salads. I'm using it for bread for sandwiches.

And for supper last night, I had an open faced tuna melt. I used a slice of this, mixed tuna with mayo and pepper, slathered on top, then sprinkled with some shredded colby jack and some parm cheese from a can. Broiled it unti the cheese was browned. YUMMMMMM!

I made BBQ chicken pizza over the weekend. It was okay, but I think I need a better BBQ sauce recipe.

I also made two crust recipes into 4 thin crusts, then layered them as noodles into a lasagna type dish. It was deee-licious!

This crust is so versatile! I sometimes mix in other seasonings (besides onion / garlic powder).
