Low carb "pizza" -- chicken crust

Just saw this on the food network this morning and just had to try it for lunch:

Take a boneless, skinless chicken breast and pound it as flat as possible -- preferably under 1/2 in thick. Sprinkle both sides with italian seasonings.

Spray a frying pan with non-stick spray and fry the chicken breast for 3-5 minutes on each side until done.

Reduce the heat but leave the chicken breast in the frying pan, and top with pizza sauce or marinara sauce, then add cheese and your favorite pizza toppings.

Cover until the cheese is melted, then serve.

So easy and SO good!

Yep, that is a great method.

My sweet little Linda has recipes for it and we sure do love them in this house.

This one could have been a little thinner, but it was yummilicious nonetheless.
