Pork chops and pork rinds...

Anyone know if I can pan fry 1" thick pork chops coated in pork rinds and if so, what kind of seasoning would you use? Thank you for any help!!!

I've done it but found baking them works best, frying...well the pork rinds just don't stick to the meat.
I usually mix crushed pork rinds & parmesan cheese. Egg wash, coat both sides. Spray baking pan well and spray top side of chop/chicken too. Helps it brown well.

You can get them to stick better if you use only the eggwhite, beaten til frothy, then press them firmly into the crumbs (and I like to mix in Parm with mine too!) and then refrigerate for about 20 minutes. It "sets" the eggwhite/coating and it will adhere much better.
