DaVinci's syrups just arrived...what to make besides coffee?? Help!

Lime gelatin (knox). It takes quite a bit; I think next time I might sweeten the gelatin and use the syrup on top with a little cream.

I use them in place of Splenda in cheesecakes, in my coffee, in whipped cream to top Jello, to flavor a MIM, to soak unsweetened coconut, I use them when I make Linda Sue's faux apples.. I use the caramel, I put the strawberry in strawberries that are not quite sweet enough, to sweeten smoothies,

For a super quick fix for a sweet craving I froth about an ounce (I'm guessing, but it's not much at all) of heavy cream & rasp syrup (or any flavor) til its all whippy & fluffy and eat it.
In the whipping/frothing cup I have it fluffs up to about half the depth of the cup and it's 8oz.

I only have praline and vanilla, but will be ordering some more. So far I have put them in coffee, cheesecake, berries and put some on top of a mock danish. So yummy.

Over frozen whipped topping! I slice the topping into 1/8s in the container, then have a slice after dinner with a drizzle of chocolate syrup. It's yummy!.

Thanks Dr.J!

Found lots of recipes on their site.

Ordering more flavors. Now have to figure a way to store them all neatly!

Any one have the pumps for them? Was wondering if they are worth purchasing for home use?

I bought two pumps, they are in the vanilla and caramel. The two flavors we use a LOT. Easy to put it in your coffee that way.

Lots of great ideas here. I'll add another: mix a little davincis with some cream cheese to make a sweet frosting-like topping for OMMs or I like to spread it on spongebob's flaxmeal bread when I make it. Or just eat it as is.

A very nice wine rack works wonderful for the storage of DaVinci syrups.

But, not so much with the pumps.

I'm in love... with Monin 0'free white chocolate. Has that buttery undertone of regular white chocolate and no chemically taste at all!

This thread made me order a bunch of syrups, and I should have them early next week! I'm getting Toasted Marshmallow, Strawberry, English Toffee, Chocolate, Huckleberry, and French Vanilla. Yah I went nuts, but I was so excited after reading all the reviews!

I kid you not, I have had a container of heavy whipping cream in the fridge for a few weeks, and I have never known what to do with it. I was going to add it to coffee, but I like my coffee black. Don't even know why I bought it. Well lo and behold, I am now going to make Italian sodas! I tried an experiment where I added 2 TBS of heavy whipping cream to a Cherry Coke Zero and had it over ice... it was delicious. And then I remembered this thread and the syrups. The rest is history.

Anyway, hopefully I can provide some "recipes" or at least my thoughts on these flavors soon!
