FindingMyWay 03-22-2011 04:16 PM

I pour a little bit into my plain greek yogurt. It is so freaking good!

QueenBacon 03-22-2011 04:19 PM

I bet they would be good for low carb cocktails also..

Lime gelatin (knox). It takes quite a bit; I think next time I might sweeten the gelatin and use the syrup on top with a little cream.

EveH 03-22-2011 04:43 PM

I use them in place of Splenda in cheesecakes, in my coffee, in whipped cream to top Jello, to flavor a MIM, to soak unsweetened coconut, I use them when I make Linda Sue's faux apples.. I use the caramel, I put the strawberry in strawberries that are not quite sweet enough, to sweeten smoothies,

itsmeshelly01 03-22-2011 05:03 PM

Coffee, fage, smoothies, and coconut bark.

Turning Vinegar into Raspberry-Vinegar for my HOt-n-SWeet Chicken SLaw

ReneeD70 03-22-2011 05:08 PM

For a super quick fix for a sweet craving I froth about an ounce (I'm guessing, but it's not much at all) of heavy cream & rasp syrup (or any flavor) til its all whippy & fluffy and eat it.
In the whipping/frothing cup I have it fluffs up to about half the depth of the cup and it's 8oz.

Now you tell me! LOL Will have to order some raspberry next time.

asbrown 03-22-2011 08:09 PM

I only have praline and vanilla, but will be ordering some more. So far I have put them in coffee, cheesecake, berries and put some on top of a mock danish. So yummy.

Simille 03-22-2011 09:11 PM

Over frozen whipped topping! I slice the topping into 1/8s in the container, then have a slice after dinner with a drizzle of chocolate syrup. It's yummy!.

aguamenti22 03-23-2011 07:52 AM

I like them in coffee, Greek yogurt, LC pancakes, whipped cream, protein shakes, Italian sodas, cheesecakes, OMM, there's a lot you can do with them! :)

kittycitygirl 03-26-2011 10:08 PM

drjlocarb 03-27-2011 08:32 AM

Add gluamannan and cream for flavored "puddings".

kittycitygirl 03-27-2011 11:55 AM

Thanks Dr.J!

Found lots of recipes on their site. :)

Ordering more flavors. Now have to figure a way to store them all neatly!

Any one have the pumps for them? Was wondering if they are worth purchasing for home use?

dancind 03-27-2011 01:30 PM

I bought two pumps, they are in the vanilla and caramel. The two flavors we use a LOT. Easy to put it in your coffee that way.

Mommie22boys 03-27-2011 04:17 PM

Lots of great ideas here. I'll add another: mix a little davincis with some cream cheese to make a sweet frosting-like topping for OMMs or I like to spread it on spongebob's flaxmeal bread when I make it. Or just eat it as is.;)

drjlocarb 03-28-2011 08:56 AM

A very nice wine rack works wonderful for the storage of DaVinci syrups.

But, not so much with the pumps. :D

sdfarm 03-28-2011 10:49 AM

DrJ What a great idea (wine rack)-- rummage sales--- here I come!

drjlocarb 03-28-2011 11:41 AM

Used horseshoes(and a welder) make great wine racks.

I'm in love... with Monin 0'free white chocolate. Has that buttery undertone of regular white chocolate and no chemically taste at all!

kittycitygirl 03-31-2011 03:17 PM

That pump takes quite a bit of room in that new bottle!

Lovin' the choc. on shaved ice with Cream!!! Still trying to come up with a LC version of the mudslide :)

This thread made me order a bunch of syrups, and I should have them early next week! I'm getting Toasted Marshmallow, Strawberry, English Toffee, Chocolate, Huckleberry, and French Vanilla. Yah I went nuts, but I was so excited after reading all the reviews!

I kid you not, I have had a container of heavy whipping cream in the fridge for a few weeks, and I have never known what to do with it. I was going to add it to coffee, but I like my coffee black. Don't even know why I bought it. Well lo and behold, I am now going to make Italian sodas! I tried an experiment where I added 2 TBS of heavy whipping cream to a Cherry Coke Zero and had it over ice... it was delicious. And then I remembered this thread and the syrups. The rest is history.

Anyway, hopefully I can provide some "recipes" or at least my thoughts on these flavors soon!
