Philly Cheesesteak Soup
8 oz Sirloin Steak
1 medium raw Green-bell Pepper, diced
1 medium Yellow Onion, diced
1 cup Double Cheddar Cheese Creations Sauce
4 cups Clear Beef Broth
2 tbsp Pure Olive Oil
4 oz Mushrooms, Sliced Buttons, Canned
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Dice beef into small cubes along with the pepper and onion.
Saute in olive oil until veggies are soft and onions are translucent.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer until heated through.
I'm sure there are other seasonings you could add, but this turned out pretty tasty!
Makes 4 large servings at: 306 cals; 19g fat; 9.75g carbs; 1.75g fiber; 23g protein per serving
