Low Carb "Cinnabon" Sweet Rolls (Induction Friendly)

I have been working with different uses for Revolution Rolls and different ideas. This upcoming video was dedicated to the same Capital Holding Group (Roark) owning both Cinnabon and Atkins Nutritional. This experiment turned out really well, and is pretty low carb too.

Here's the nutrition info per roll (assuming 6):
200 Calories, 18g Fat, 1.2g Carbs (.2g Fiber), 7g Protein

(Assuming 8 Servings)
150 Calories, 14g Fat, 1g Carbs (.2g Fiber), 5g Protein

Bowulf

Thanks for the recipe. I just made them, frosted and ate one.
Delicious and the cinnamon takes care of the eggy taste that
the rolls possess.

When cooked for only 30 minutes at 300 degrees, they were
way too soft and uncooked in the centers. I baked them an
additional 8 minutes and they are still a bit too soft. I think for
my oven, my adjustment would be 40 minutes.

The frosting was very good. I didn't have erythritol but did have
Xylitol, and I powdered it. Worked very well.

Will be making these often. A snack like this for a little over
one gram carb is a bargain. Really sweet treat.

Keep those videos coming. The first of the recipes that I tried
was your potsticker patties which we serve with Linda's spinach
egg drop soup. Make this a couple times per month.

I think Bowulf (Kent) can be found on utube. I posted a question to him there a short while back, and he answered.

Low Carb “Cinnabon” Sweet Rolls

I made this video in honor of Atkins Nutrition being purchased by Roark Capital Group, which also owns Cinnabon brand name. I made this copycat recipe to highlight just what is possible with Revolution Rolls, and provide a great Induction Friendly treat. On the Atkins Diet Facebook fan page, Revolutions are seeing quite the resurgence in popularity as well.

One of my other intentions was to clear up any confusion over the original recipe and how to make it. The original Revolution Roll recipe from back in 1972 had cottage cheese in it, but over time cream cheese replaced the cottage cheese. I have been making it this way for a long time. Here is just one mention of this RR recipe from 2005. (Atkins Recipe Requests Looking for bread recipe from the 80's)

Thanks for watching!

Ingredients:
3 eggs, separated
3 oz Cream Cheese
Dash Salt
1 tsp Splenda or liquid equivalent
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar
-Icing-
4 oz Cream Cheese
4 TBS Butter
4 packets Truvia or 2 TBS Erythritol, powdered (run through Magic Bullet food processor)
4-6 drops of liquid Splenda -or- 4 packets of granulated Splenda 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Vanillan
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 TBS Cream
2 TBS Water
Makes 6-8 servings.

Nutrition Facts (assuming 6):
