WOE: HCG with EFGT meals now just EFGT low cal

Do not add any thing to the gel until you can make a good one.......then you will know if the additions are affecting it some do.
2 cups COLD water
2 teaspoons of konjec gluc powder
1/8 teaspoon of CALCIUM HYDROXIDE make sure of this look at ingredient label.
Get your prefered whizzer ready.
Whiz lime into water while wizzing add gluc powder whiz until well mixed.
Let set in 10 to 15 minutes gel will firm up. Not super stiff.... like cold meat drippings.
If you cook it now it will become very stiff like jello jigglers
