I'm trying this one. We both love lemon and they make such a pretty presentation. Thanks Laura.

Thanks Met and Eve, I have a ?, I had a hard time getting the jello to stick after I had frozen them...is this common. I don't think you can really handle them until they are firm.

try chilling them in the fridge first, my fridge chilled ones are able to be picked up whole without stretching, but still have a sorta sticky surface. That may be what you need.

When frozen, yes, they are solid and nothing sticks to them....except the chillified cocoa bark.

I had an embarrasing thing happen. As I dipped the frozen balls into the cocoa bark, it chilled the bark so much that eventually it turned really lumpy and thick and made a 1/4 coating on the next ball. That was way too thick! So warning, after dipping a dozen of these things you might have to warm up your cocoa bark syrup to keep dipping. I think hand warmth and a bit of stirring would be enough.

Good Luck Pirate on getting the jello to stick to your next batch.
