Idea's for boneless/skinless chicken thighs?

I usually make thighs with bones and skin baked in the oven.

I accidently bought boneless/skinless, what is something really good I can do with them?

The sky's the limit with boneless chicken thighs. Anywhere chicken breasts are used in a recipe boneless chicken thighs are better. They have more flavor and they have more fat. I like to cut them into chunks and fry them in butter. Add some garlic, then some cream and Parmesan cheese and basil and you have something yummy. Or some hot sauce. Or you can dredge them in egg and cheese and fry the chunks and put em in a salad.

Put those succulent thighs between two pieces of cling wrap and pound em flat then stuff em with whatever you want and bake!

Pizza filling, lasagna filling, pesto, cheeses, there are so many choices!

I concur-- this is exactly what I do with them. I also use Blue Cheese dressing as a medium to hold the breading on. Make a huge difference.

Put them in a crockpot along with one package of Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Dip Mix sprinkled over them. That's it. No other ingredients necessary. If they're frozen, cook on low several hours. If not, reduce cooking time.

Tried and true recipe. Delicious and easy as can be!

Tonight... 'breaded' them with almond flour, parmesan and herbs. They were baked in the oven and served with lemon-cream-butter-parm sauce. Delish!

Marinate them in McCormick's Grill Mates Baja Citrus Marinade Mix (in the Spices section) and then grill them!

I like to serve them with lots of cilantro and the leftovers are great in salads the next day.

I just season them in various ways and bake them.

They are also what I prefer to use when making chicken soup.
