I have a few recipes that call for protein powder with flaxseed meal used with it to keep it from being so dry. I guess I could try to use that mixture with some of the recipes here that sound so good.

Thanks for the suggestion. I guess I'm going to just keep trying to do all sorts of things with whey protein powder and flax meal.

Ok, these are amazing! I made them last night, and they're just as good as regular cupcakes!! I forgot to add blueberries to them, so they're just plain, but just as nice. I'll make a frosting for them instead.

Anyone know the carb count?

I make banana bread or muffins which sometimes turns into french toast.

I use it to make pizza crust, pie crust and biscuits.

I buy it in bulk at Central Market..so much cheaper!
