I thought this was worth bumping!

I made the cauliflower with mustard sauce(first post, 12th recipe) tonight and used parmesan cheese instead of cheddar and we loved it! It really gives it some zip and I actually liked it a lot more than I thought I would. Definitely making it again!

Just did new twist (to me) to my caulimash. Micro a bag of cauli for 9-10 minutes. Drain on paper towel. Place in ninja with 4 oz cream cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, 2 T LC dry mashed potatoes, and splash of hwc. Pulverize. Place in small Corning ware dish with pat of butter on top. Set aside until ready to eat. Warm in micro and serve.
This is the best tweak I've made. Yum!

Cauliflower frittata is good stuff! Basically eggs, cauliflower, and everything you want to put in it!

I have done cauliflower, bacon, spinach frittata and sausage, mushroom, cauli, mozarella frittata and both are so, so yummy!

The cauliflower gives it a potato-like texture!

Thanks for bumping this thread. I was wondering if there was a cauliflowr thread around here somewhere.

I've got 3 heads in my fridge, got them on sale for $1.47 each--they are generally about $3 each..now I have to figure out how to cook them.

Awesome ideas here! Great thread.

For anyone who has done the "frosted" cauliflower, do you leave it whole? Do you slice it when it is finished? It seems like the heating up would make the "frosting" run off.
