Reason I'm asking is I'm considering coming back here after gaining around 30 lbs since the very first time I did LC. I've started again many times, but there's always SOMETHING.....

Oopsies rolls
Here is Cleo's recipe that is well loved here.

3 eggs separated ( whites in a big bowl ) yolks in small bowl
1 splenda packet ( optional )
pinch of cream of tartar
dash salt
3 0z. cream cheese (dairy free 3 T. mayo )

Preheat oven 300

Take your yolks add splenda packet , salt , cream cheese . Mix well set aside. Whites in a big bowl whipped until they are stiff , really stiff peaks
( until turning bowl upside down and they stay there). Take your yolks bowl and gently fold them into the stiff egg whites , and don't break down the egg whites. Put on the cookie sheet in dollups. They fit in a muffin top pan nicely. You will get about 6. Bake for 30 minutes

Here is a thread that's 67 pages long but there are some great recipes
using this recipe.

Cleochatra's Revoloopsie Rolls (home-made hamburger buns and more)

It's also Induction friendly. And holds a burger well.

Is there a summary for the Oopsie thread? Like, all tweaks and such. I want to make some but don't have cream cheese. Store is closed till Monday.

There's no summary. There are so many recipes.I use mayo because I'm allergic to dairy. It works wonderfully.

I usually double the recipe and make 12, but I only use 4 oz of the cream cheese, and I add 1T of coconut flour--- and some garlic powder for flavor----these are a life saver for a lowcarber--IMO---need to make me some, ran out----
