Here's another one. This is from Cheri. Really good on anything
CHERI'S WHITE DIPPING SAUCE

1 1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup prepared horseradish
1 tbl lemon juice
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp fresh parsley
1/4 tsp hot sauce or red pepper
1 clove garlic (crushed)

Mix all ingredients & chill for 3 hrs.

12 carbs for the whole recipe!! It makes a lot so will take days for you to eat it all... You can cut the recipe in half if you choose but you may love it so much that you wish you hadn't!

RV, that sounds good. but how do you pay fry it? After microwaving? or just chuck it all in a small oiled pan? I dont' think I've ever made the mock danish before or forgot if I did

Ok everybody I said seasonings to your liking. I use Spike a lot of people on here do.

Spike: is 39 herbs and spices put together to make 1 seasoning. It comes with or without salt. I use the salt free so I can controll my salt. It is sold in upscale grocery stores and Health food stores or your local co-op. It comes in a box ,bottle, and bulk. I get it in bulk at Fred Myers in WA. I use it a lot of foods to make them taste better from meatloaf to wasa crackers.

Try it you will love it.

Scottsdalejulie I found them all catorized on the last page. I'm so glad she did this . YAY!

I'm not sure who she is but she is from here. So maybe she will come in..
I went back to the last page. She is bmbshl. I would love to thank you for doing this.

Ice cream lets see if I can remember the recipe.

Ice cream

2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 quart plastic baggie
1 gallon plastic baggie
ice

Put the cream and vanilla in a quart baggie seal it up, put it inside the gallon baggie add ice 2 trays of ice. Now shake this for a good 15 mins or more until you have ice cream. WE use to do this with coffee cans. You can roll it with your feet.

This is great stuff. I don't remember who's recipe this is.

3 Minute Chocolate cake

1/4 cup almond flour
1 TBS cocoa
1/4 tsp. baking powder
5 drops liquid splenda
2 TBS melted butter
1 TBS water
1 egg

Mix this well in a 2 cup container . Microwave for 1 minute or until knife comes out clean.

I think the conversion to powdered splenda is 5 teaspoons. I'm not sure about this.

Some of these have little carbs some don't. You have to check what you are using.

Snacks
whole chicken cooked up
salami slices
turkey slices
pepperoni

tuna and egg salad made up
avocado slices
cumumber
radishes
celery

Here are a few to get you started.

I am SO sorry that I didn't see this earlier!!!

After I mush everything as smooth as I can, I heat up some butter in a small frying pan on medium heat and wait for it to get hot. Then I scrape the creamy stuff into the pan and spread it out to the edges of the pan. After it gets nice and golden, I use an extra wide pancake turner and flip it.

I'm telling you...it tastes just like french toast!

Hot-n-Sweet Chicken Slaw

Hi folks…

Don't think I saw this one yet (one of our family favorites)...quick and easy to fix.

Hot-n-Sweet Chicken Slaw

Shred all the cabbage you want to for the number of people you plan to feed
Add chopped:
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 1 Chicken cooled (cubed) - we buy a rotisserie one at Sam's

Add 1/4 cup Sliced almonds - toasted if you like (and we do).

Make a vinagrette of 1/3 cup oil, 1/3 cup Frank's Hot sauce, 1/3 cup raspberry vinegar. Blend with the hand wand and pour over the Slaw and veggies...

We make our own Raspberry vinegar with DaVinci's Sugar Free Raspberry syrup (a Tbls of Raspberry syrup goes a long way).

Cream cheese is allowed on induction. You just have to limit your dairy to I think 3oz a day.
