Quick & Easy Dessert

Is there something that would be quick and easy but not a lot of fancy ingredients? I am trying to make something for tonight but I will be running to the store later... I would like to keep it lower carbs so no flours or anything.

TIA!

ok I need to repent after seeing that pic! I am totally lusting for that chocolate cake... TOM is here and that chocolate cake wouldnt stand a chance

3/4 cup erythritol plus 1/2 teaspoon pure stevia extract OR 1/4-1/3 cup honey plus 1 teaspoon stevia I dont have any stevia... I need to find a place that sells erythritol apparently!

I just made that black bean cake, we all love it. It's simple - just throw everything in the food processor and let 'er go. No special stuff needed - you can use the Ideal sweetener, it's xylitol and stevia, IIRC, and most grocery stores carry the bulk bag of it (green and white, in with the other artificial sweeteners). I iced the cake with 6 oz. of softened cream cheese, 3 tablespoons softened butter, vanilla and sweetener to taste, beat those together, then start pouring in whipping cream a few tablespoons at a time til the stuff turns fluffy. You do need to refrigerate it afterwards but it's so good.

I always make a double recipe on the cake and bake it in a 9 x 13" pan for about 45 minutes.

Don't use Splenda alone with chocolate - it can make for a very bitter, unappealing product!

I use Truvia and then add 4 packets of Splenda. Truvia is a blend of erythritol and stevia.
