Thanksgiving recipe ideas?

I'm looking for some tasty Thanksgiving dishes that are low/no sugar (unless from fruit, agave or stevia), and low/no flour. Preferably low in Saturated fat meaning limited or no butter. Carbs from fruit, all vegetables except potatoes and certain grains such as oatmeal and barley are okay. Lean meat, Nuts, and peanut butter are also allowed. Any suggestions?

I keep a high protein, healthy fat and low carb diet but my family doesn't which leaves me with few options at holiday dinners. In the past I made a sugar free cake but everyone said the artificial sweetener was off-putting. I would just like to have some healthy choices to eat this thanksgiving!

Thanks everyone!
