Thanks Carolyn,

Can you get some kind of fresh cheese? Hispanic stores always have it, I don't know if you have any hispanic stores in your area it's called queso blanco. I haven't tried it with ricotta or cottage cheese but it would probably work. If you click on the link in the post it will take you to a site that has more recipes I think some use different cheeses. Farmer cheese is very easy to make, all you need it a gallon of milk and a quart of buttermilk and a thermometer.
