Help, please, with nutritional data

I would like to know the total calories for Chicken Lady's cornbread. I tried entering it into nutritiondata.com but it doesn't recognize almond flour or almond meal. Am I doing something wrong? If there's a better site to get this information I'd appreciate knowing it. I'm trying to get a heads-up on the calorie count to hopefully give me the impetus for a little portion control since I have to watch both carbs and calories ! Thanks!

Here's the recipe:

3 cups-(12ounces) almond flour
2/3 cup-(3-1/2ounces) popcorn meal **see note
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1 cup lowcarb milk or 1/2 cream 1/2 water

You have to enter your particular brand of almond meal as a custom food first then enter the ingredient in your recipe afterwards. Any food you can't find enter it first as a custom food-most software and nutrition sites work this way.

The website that sponsors this forum, Netrition.com, provides complete nutritional data on all the products it sells. In your post, almond flour and almond meal are highlighted as links in blue. Click on them. You will be taken directly to the product. Scroll down a bit and you'll see the nutrition label.

I use ****** to calculate my recipes and keep track of my nutrition. MasterCook is another popular application. ***********.com has a recipe calculator that includes many of the products we use in its database, such as Carbquik. Just keep plugging along. You'll figure this all out eventually.

Ok, since I didn't know how many servings I used 16 and also used olive oil for the oil since it did not say what kind of oil. I also used the Net Facts for Hood's Calorie/Carb Countdown Milk.

For the cornbread with olive oil at 16 servings, each serving is:

Amount Per Serving
Calories from Fat 142
Calories 205

% Daily Values*
Total Fat 15.8g 24%
Saturated Fat 1.791g 9%
Polyunsaturated Fat 0.512g
Monounsaturated Fat 2.939g
Cholesterol 54mg 18%
Sodium 26mg 1%
Potassium 0mg
Total Carbohydrate 11.04g 4%
Dietary Fiber 3.5g 14%
Sugars 0.94g
Protein 7.57g

Net Carbs: 7.54g

I would say this is pretty close to what the Net Facts should be, but will change with the serving per recipe.

Thanks for all the help! I really do appreciate it. I'm going to sit here with one or the other website until I get it. Linda, as I suspected, I should have cut it in 16 pieces instead of 12!!!! It's just so good I wanted it all!
