I've made these twice now. They taste great and they are extremely easy to make. I don't like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen so this will be one of the things I make often.

Yeah Chantyl I hope yours turn out. The last time I made them I don't know what I did different but they didn't turn out the same. I haven't made them since, but they were gritty for some reason.

I made this recipe again, but this time I subbed 3 crushed up SF Peppermint Hard Candies, omitted the walnuts, added 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and added a little unsweetened coconut (about 2 tbls) to make a Coconut/Peppermint Protein Ball!

OMG, it was like eating white chocolate bark with peppermint candies in it!

YUMMY!!

Bumping this up because I've been having a serious sweet tooth and these are the easiest low carb solution. Not to mention tasty.

I'm going to get some Jay Robb today to make some.

I finally found unsweetened coconut flakes so I added that along with some chopped pecans. Mmmm I love these things. I ate 4 last night. I'm trying something to help with portion control. I got a mini ice cube tray and filled it with this mixture and froze it. If I can get it out of the tray I'm going to cut them in mini bite size pieces and store it that way.

I love these things.

No, this is a candy type of thing and needs to be frozen and remain that way until eaten. Baking it would not be a good thing!

Bump. These are one of my favorite snacks. (Btw I'll be bumping a bit because I just now, after 3 years, figured out I could put my subscriptions in folders by category and I'm doing that now)

Well, I just made a few folders for threads I wanted to keep, such as Recipes, What Are U Eating (the menu threads in the ml), Weight Loss goal (the weekly weight loss goal threads), and an Important/keeper, folder, and I'm putting the threads I want to keep in their respective category and deleting the ones I don't want.

Ladeeda, I thought about making them with almond flour, but havent tried yet. I did make them with just protein powder and coconut oil and they come out fugy and sticky kind of taffee like, yummy all the same.

Thank you very much, I feel like I'm a long timer too
